[ARCHIVED] City of Cocoa to Publish Digital Zoning Map

Zoning Map

The City of Cocoa is proud to announce that it will publish its first ever interactive zoning map to the City’s website. The Community Services Department, in coordination with the Information Technology Department, developed the interactive map for citizens, business owners, builders and developers to easily determine the zoning for properties and land throughout the City. The map can be viewed at www.CocoaFL.org/cocoamaps.

“Providing this map in a digital format will allow our residents, business owners, developers, builders, and contractors to review and look up zoning information with ease.  Similar to our new online permitting process, this information is conveniently accessible for our community.” said City of Cocoa Mayor Michael C. Blake.

Anyone with questions or concerns regarding the proposed zoning map can contact Interim Community Services Director Charlene Neuterman by phone at 321-433-8509 or by email at cneuterman@cocoafl.org.
