Our Mission:
"The mission of the Human Resources Division is to provide services that promote a work environment characterized by fair treatment, open communication, personal accountability, trust, and mutual respect. As a "user friendly" Division, we work together to foster a positive environment while supporting the goals and objectives of the City of Cocoa."
