The Communications Center serves the citizens of Cocoa with innovation and professionalism.
Technical Features
The Communications Center is able to process requests and expedite the dispatch of emergency police and fire personnel in an emergency. Using:
- A sophisticated Motorola 800 MHz Radio System
- Mobile Data Terminals
- A computerized Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD)
- Records Management System (RMS)
In addition to providing useful management statistical information, our computer systems enable us to track hazardous locations and special information about a residence.
