Responsibilities



The Customer Service Division is responsible for providing quality customer service to over 82,000 customers connected to the City of Cocoa Utility System, through:

  • Responding to telephone calls from various customers with a variety of questions
  • Assisting walk in customers
  • Start, Terminate, and Transfer utility accounts
  • Maintaining the Rate and Fee Schedule
  • Collect, process, and reconcile Utility Payments
  • Process Utility Bills
  • Process Utility Refunds
  • Serve as liaison to Waste Management for Cocoa Residents
