Responsibilities
The Customer Service Division is responsible for providing quality customer service to over 82,000 customers connected to the City of Cocoa Utility System, through:
- Responding to telephone calls from various customers with a variety of questions
- Assisting walk in customers
- Start, Terminate, and Transfer utility accounts
- Maintaining the Rate and Fee Schedule
- Collect, process, and reconcile Utility Payments
- Process Utility Bills
- Process Utility Refunds
- Serve as liaison to Waste Management for Cocoa Residents
