The project involves the replacement of the existing 6" water mains and associated valves and fire hydrants along Florida Avenue from the connection just south of King Street (SR-520) to Rosa L. Jones Boulevard in Cocoa, FL.  The majority of the alignment will be upsized from 6" to 8" diameter pipelines. The project is intended to improve the water system level of service and reliability as a part of the utility’s ongoing capital improvement program.
