June 26, 2018 - Brevard Grand Jury Issues Indictment In Cocoa Murder of Homeless Man

Today (June 26th) the Brevard County Grand Jury indicted TERRANCE SKINNER (40) of 960 Galleon

Street, Cocoa, with one (1) count of First Degree Premeditated Murder (CF), one (1) count of Burglary of a Dwelling

(F2), and one (1) count of Petit Theft (M2) in the death of Robert Severance (66) on May 25th, 2018 in a tent behind
