First Monday of every month at 6:00 pm in the City Council Chambers.

Term/Members

Term: 2 members appointed by City Council for 4 years
Members: the 5 members of the City Council and 2 members appointed by the City Council.

Duties

To undertake and carry out redevelopment projects and related activities within its area of operation.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must reside or be engaged in business within the municipal boundaries of the City of Cocoa
• Must be a registered voter within Brevard County
• Must meet all other eligibility requirements for serving on a City of Cocoa board
