Human Resources
Four staff members in Human Resources help the City recruit (416 funded positions), select and appoint qualified applicants to fill city positions; conduct new employee orientation, set up health insurance and other benefits; provide training to help employees keep up with legal and/or technological trends; conduct exit interviews and assist employees with benefits upon resignation/retirement.
