This seven-member board meets on the fourth Monday of every month at 6:15 pm at Cocoa City Hall at 65 Stone Street. The Board is comprised of Chairperson Richard Louden and Agency Members Jeri Blanco, Thomas H. Yardley, Annette Miele, Nancy Elliott, and Laura Houston.

The US 1 Corridor CRA is located from the southwestern intersection of School Street and Fiske Boulevard east to US 1 and north with the western boundary along Fiske Boulevard and the northern boundary at Clearlake Road.
