Requesting a Copy of a Police Report
To receive a copy of a police report, go to:

With:

• Case number
• Date and time the report was taken
• Officers name

Some information may be censored due to confidentiality requirements.

Fee Schedule
Copies of Reports
There is no charge for reports to victims. A charge of 15 cents per page for a single-sided copy, and 20 cents per page for two-sided copies is charged for requests from other parties.

Certified Copy
There is a charge of $1 to certify a copy.

Accident Reports
There is no charge for accident reports to victims. A charge of 15 cents per page for a single-sided copy, and 20 cents per page for two-sided copies is charged for requests from other parties. If you are not listed on the accident report a Traffic Crash Information Request Form must be completed and turned in to the Records Section.

Traffic Homicide Reports
A charge of fifteen cents per page for a single-sided copy, and twenty cents per page for two-sided copies is charged plus the clerk’s time to copy at $3 per 15 minutes.

Research Cost
