Housing & Neighborhood Services

The Housing & Neighborhood Services Division administers federal and state funded community development & housing programs whose common goal is to improve the quality of life for Cocoa's income eligible residents and revitalizing neighborhoods. Programs include: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program, State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program, and Hurricane Housing Recovery (HHR) Program.

  • Neighborhood public facility improvements
  • Funding assistance to a variety of non-profit agencies.

HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM:

Call (321) 433-8528 or email Margie Miles, Residential Services Coordinator with your name, address, and phone number to be put on the waiting list.  There is currently a 3-5 year wait for housing rehab assistance.
